Note: Before the machine extends the Vertical Plunger cylinder it does a safety check on the Vertical Plunger Up sensor bar switch. It checks to see if the sensor bar switch is stuck on. If it is, it will wait until the sensor bar switch is off before continuing the operation. The switch is located at the top of the sensor bar at the white mark.

If Vertical Plunger cylinder is retracted,

– Tap on Vertical Plunger Swing sensor bar switch until display number changes or replace the sensor bar.
