In-the-field support is a critical element in every farming operation.  The challenge is to provide a support system that meets operators where they are at.

  • One that would allow a technician to be immediately dispatched to my location,  so we could communicate both visually and audibly to step me through a problem.
  • Technicians that are available when I need them.
  • Technicians that do not charge service call fees.

GFC Direct Support System:

  • While baling and packaging you have a technician built into your iBand-It monitor application.  This technician is monitoring your machine’s performance while you operate.  Giving you early detection, allowing problems to be fixed before failure occurs and preventing down time.
  • If a problem occurs your iBand-It app technician is already there.  The on-screen alert directs you to the specific operation code that the Bale Band-It is waiting to complete.  One touch on the alert symbol takes you to the current operation code in the pictorial troubleshooting guide.  This guide is designed to facilitate fast and effective troubleshooting.
  • When additional support is needed then use the monitor’s one-on-one video conferencing capabilities to connect to a trained technician and show them exactly what is going on.
  • Bale Band-It Technicians can also still be reached by phone.
