More Shipping Capacity

Bale Band-It Bundles ship more bales per load than conventional methods.

How?  Because bundles are compressed and able to get 7 bales wide inside a van trailer.

*Notice due to compression, the length of small bale will be longer coming out of the Bale Band-It than it was going in.
** Loading bales by hand or with grapple system, only able to stack six bales wide on edge.  Figures add in additional bales that can be stacked crossways at end of trailer.
***  The Bale Band-It will produce tight bundles that will fit 102” wide dry vans.
If bundles are required to fit 98” wide dry vans or refrigerator trailers, then modifications can be made to the baler to allow bundles to fit.  Bales / load will not change.

Maximize payload by utilizing Bale Band-It Bundle’s key features:

  • More bales / load (see above chart).
  • Bale Band-It Bundles are tough enough to handle the heavier bales that payload weights require.

Short /light bales are not efficient for Shipping.
