Elevator Bale Management

  • Photo eye system keeps track of the bales, so you don’t have to.
      • Utilizing the Band-It’s Feed as Ready design.
        • Stores bales in elevator until ready for them.
        • Turns elevator on as soon as it can take the next bale in.
    • Features:
      • Now have 3 photo eyes on horizontal elevator:
        • Provides a longer storage range that is being watched.
        • Increases storage capacity from 1 to 2 bales.
        • Produces a quicker response in heavy hay.
        • Can handle a bale every 5.5 seconds throughout the entire 21 bale cycle.*

        Vertical Elevator Motor

        - Designated hydraulic motors at both elevators give an efficient direct “pull” design.

        - Direct drive shafts are short and mounted in self aligning bearings.

        - Motor and shaft have open from the side access for easy replacement.

        - No shear bolt design, prevents downtime in excessive crop conditions.

        Ag Roller Chains

Utilizing Ag roller chains on both horizontal and vertical elevators giving longer life and quieter operation

        Horizontal Elevator Motor

        - Designated hydraulic motors at both elevators give an efficient direct “pull” design.

        - Direct drive shafts are short and mounted in self aligning bearings.

        - Motor and shaft have open from the top access for easy replacement.

        - No shear bolt design, prevents downtime in excessive crop conditions.

        Vertical Elevator Tightener

Moving idler and tightener to the bottom makes adjustment and greasing quick and easy.

        • New manual override valve that can be activated if a busted bale trips photo 2, allowing you to hydraulically drive the next bale into the system.

* Bale capacity assumes a 25+ gpm hydraulic supply from a closed center (piston pump) hydraulic system. Lower gpm means lower capacity.
